Emotional conversations with Esther Johnson
Why a podcast? Everyone and their mama have a podcast these days... Well, I feel this podcast and my voice has a purpose that is greater than me ...The fact is, GOD, laid in my heart a long time ago to start some form of communication with the world. I was confused at first because I didn't know why He wanted to use me. As I prayed and received confirmation, I realized that He was very serious and intentional about me and the gifts that He has given me. He wants to use my life experiences to help other people that might be in the same situation as me. At first, I ignored the calling. I wasn't at a place where I wanted to change. If I am honest... I wanted the change badly but didn't want to work for it. But I was encouraged to shift my mindset as I realized this isn’t just about me. This is about all of us. Speaking Arrangements podcast is a safe place where each listener can tune in, kick back and relate to the content. We will touch on many topics and talk through challenges, stereotypes and our pain. But we are gonna laugh too. A lot!We may get uncomfortable and we will get very real, but I promise you; we are striving for real growth and change. We cannot stay in our comfort zones any longer the only way to go from here is UP!!!.Here is a taste of what I am bringing to the table. Speaking Arrangements is *LIVE* on selected platforms so have a listen.

“Cows Don’t Drink Milk”
In today’s episode of Emotional Conversations with Esther, we’re talking about something we often avoid — asking for help.
So many of us are out here trying to do life alone, thinking independence is strength. But the truth is, we were never meant to carry everything by ourselves. We grow when we lean on others, learn from mentors, and let wise people speak into our lives.
In this conversation, I share why community matters, how mentorship builds character, and why letting people help you is not weakness — it’s wisdom.
You don’t have to pour out constantly without being filled. You don’t have to be strong all the time. You’re allowed to receive.
Tune in and let’s unpack how opening your heart to others can lead to real healing and growth.
Send me your inspirational stories and feedback! We want to hear from you ❤️.
