Emotional conversations with Esther Johnson
Why a podcast? Everyone and their mama have a podcast these days... Well, I feel this podcast and my voice has a purpose that is greater than me ...The fact is, GOD, laid in my heart a long time ago to start some form of communication with the world. I was confused at first because I didn't know why He wanted to use me. As I prayed and received confirmation, I realized that He was very serious and intentional about me and the gifts that He has given me. He wants to use my life experiences to help other people that might be in the same situation as me. At first, I ignored the calling. I wasn't at a place where I wanted to change. If I am honest... I wanted the change badly but didn't want to work for it. But I was encouraged to shift my mindset as I realized this isn’t just about me. This is about all of us. Speaking Arrangements podcast is a safe place where each listener can tune in, kick back and relate to the content. We will touch on many topics and talk through challenges, stereotypes and our pain. But we are gonna laugh too. A lot!We may get uncomfortable and we will get very real, but I promise you; we are striving for real growth and change. We cannot stay in our comfort zones any longer the only way to go from here is UP!!!.Here is a taste of what I am bringing to the table. Speaking Arrangements is *LIVE* on selected platforms so have a listen.

Cycle breakers
Being the first in your family to break the cycle is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do. It means healing wounds you didn’t cause. It means setting boundaries that make people uncomfortable. It means choosing peace over patterns — even when it hurts.
This episode is for the cycle breakers.
The ones who were told to “just get over it.”
The ones who carry stories they never got to tell.
After surviving so much, those who are learning how to be soft again.
I talk about the loneliness, the silent grief, and the strength it takes to keep going when no one around you understands. I also share how we forgive those who didn’t know better and build something new with love, not bitterness.
Send me your inspirational stories and feedback! We want to hear from you ❤️.
